VOICE OF REASON,THE FUTURE IS NOW!!
A Federal constituency is represented by a member at the Federal House of Representatives. It’s the constitutional duty of members of the Federal House of Representatives to scrutinize bills and the conduct of government officials at the federal level for good governance which will in turn bring about the growth and development of their respective constituencies.
Aside from the constitutional duties mentioned above, a member of the federal house of representatives being a representative of a constituency – through the powers of his office and the influence he/she is having, is expected to bring programmes and projects that will add to the growth and development of his constituency.
Be that as it may, the people of Donga, Takum, Ussa and Yangtu federal constituency despite their usual coming out in mass to exercise their franchise during elections by not subscribing to political apathy, but still, unfortunately, the constituency lacks development and programmes that will empower the youths and give them a sense of belonging like projects which other constituencies are enjoying.
Today you can go round the federal constituency with little or no solid achievement to point out which has been influenced or brought by the past and current representatives aside from few boreholes, solar pumps, solar street lights which most of them are not functional any more.
With the above said, one cannot be wrong if he/she says we need a representative at the Federal House of Representatives with developmental mindset and not recycling of people that haven’t done well in their prior held offices.
We need a representative whose track record of working experience is that of understanding and development, and whose efforts for a better constituency is clear.
To this extent therefore, I present to you Honorable Tuno Benedict Samaila Tii-adwa whose biography, work experience and the way and manner he relates with people have shown that aside from his constitutional duties, he will better the constituency with lots of influenced projects from the Federal Government. Programs that will not only add value to the lives of the youths alone but all age brackets of the constituency at large.
May he succeed.
